Job description: YFC/Youth Unlimited Waterdown is looking for Youth Centre Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementing of ministry programming. Duties will include participating and potentially supervising a set number of programs at the centre, as well as interacting with and organizing volunteers for the programs. Demonstrations of organizational skills and experience with youth and youth programming are an asset. Applicants should have some experience and education in youth ministry or a related field. The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis – requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team.
